GIOTTO 12 Soft Ice machine
GIOTTO Soft Ice machines are pasteurizing, new-age, ice cream machines. GIOTTO 12 is more efficient and slightly larger compared to his little brother, GIOTTO 11.
GIOTTO 12 has an excellent production capacity and is suitable even for a small spaces, thanks to it’s air intake from the bottom of the device, meaning that is does not blow hot air to the sides. The pasteurizing GIOTTO device heats the ice cream mass to 70 degrees. This GIOTTO 12 model is available in two versions: a model with a pump (Pump Model) and one without a pump (Gravity Model).
PUMP MODEL: The ice cream portions made with the Pumo Model are airy, since the pump binds air to the raw material. Therefore, you get more portions from the same amount of raw materials – meaning more margin!
