GIOTTO 11 pasteurizing ice cream machine (pump)

GIOTTO Soft Ice machines are pasteurizing, new-age, ice cream machines. GIOTTO 11 is slightly smaller than his big brother, GIOTTO 12.

GIOTTO 11 has a good production capacity and is suitable even for a small spaces, thanks to it’s air intake from the bottom of the device, meaning that is does not blow hot air to the sides. The pasteurizing GIOTTO device heats the ice cream mass to 70 degrees. This GIOTTO 11 model is available in two versions: a model with a pump (Pump Model) and one without a pump (Gravity Model).

PUMP MODEL: The ice cream portions made with the Pumo Model are airy, since the pump binds air to the raw material. Therefore, you get more portions from the same amount of raw materials – meaning more margin!
